RPO

Recruitment Process Outsourcing
We cover the entire recruitment process for you and we can work on site if required during the period you need assistance assisting with interviews, on boarding, assessment centres and all round recruitment activities.

Retained

Working exclusively on a project for one or multiple candidates with the clients. This becomes a priority for us and a fee is based in instalments half before the project and half following satisfactory completion.

Permanent Contingency

This is our most common recruitment process. We will talk directly with clients to learn about the role and what you are looking for in order to find appropriate candidates seeking permanent employment.

Temporary

This is the recruitment of temporary staff with no fixed term contract. This more commonly is a temp to perm opportunity and can be a ‘rolling’ contract with any extension period.

Salary Surveys

We are experienced in carrying out salary surveys across the UK and the mainland Europe.

Contact/Freelance

Used for the recruitment of staff on a fixed term contract for example 6 months. Often these are recruited for continuous improvement projects & installations, maternity cover, sickness, seasonal work or a large contract that may have been won
